I contacted Deumos for a customized pair of shoes in May. Below is my account of my business experience and the customer treatment I have received. All was agreed upon quickly and smoothly, and I sent a payment of £70 (£65 and £5 for shipping) on the 19th of May. A screenshot of my payment is provided here. Interestingly, I have not been able to find a single review for Felice Fawn’s (now defunct) webshop and brand ‘Deumos’ online.

• 3 months and 2 weeks later, I have not received a refund, nor the item, or anything else. I was assured by Felice for a while, saying that ten spikes had not arrived, issues were occurring, et cetera. The last e-mail I received from Felice was the 25th of May. The last Tumblr message was roughly half a month later.
• Since then, I have received a message on Tumblr every one or two weeks from her boyfriend Rich, and no communication from Felice. I put in a Paypal claim initially, but cancelled it after re-assurance, which I now realize was a mistake. 
• I sent a message to both Felice and Rich, and an e-mail, and commented on the Disqus section of Felice’s blog, informing that I would be forced to write a review, after this long of waiting. (it was deleted, and I was banned from commenting on her site - screenshot is here.) If you view the screenshot, you can see that another customer has also commented below this post - but this post was deleted. This is also the very first time that it was ever hinted at the my item had been ‘lost’. I never received any note of this whatsoever, I was actually told I would receive both the shoes and my refund, until the subject went semi-public. When I questioned, this was the answer - here.
• Three weeks ago, I was told finally that the item would be sent out on the next Monday as they had the funds, and I would receive additional items also as an apology. This didn’t happen, and I was given another time to wait for - September 1st. 
  
• Yesterday was the 1st of September (which was actually a few days later than the specified two weeks I was given) - the day I was specified to receive my refund. I was out all day, and when I came home at six, there was still no refund sent to me. I contacted both parties through e-mail and Tumblr message, and received this as a reply at roughly two hours later. Since then, I have still not received any further contact, or my refund.

That summarizes my experience. I will update here if and when I am sent my refund.
